1. Can I remove the gasket (white circle) from inside the lid?
Yes, it may be removed. It's there mainly for aesthetic reasons. It may be removed if you prefer your cap to be more flushed
2. Do I still need to double cleanse after using Melting Butter Cleansing Balm?
By itself, it is sufficient to give a thorough cleanse while leaving your skin softer and more radiant. If you prefer to have a double cleanse, you may do it as well :).
3. I have sensitive/oily skin, can I use this product?
Melting Butter Cleansing Balm is made for all skin types including those with sensitive skin. We infused it with super ingredients such as Broccoli extract, Ceramide, Hyaluronate, and Aloe... If you're allergic to specific ingredients, do look through the full list in the ingredients section.
4. Will there be an oily residue as with most balms?
No, our cleansing balm leaves your skin hydrated without having any oily film
5. I have lash extensions, is it safe to use this balm?
All cleansers, even water-based ones, will affect the longevity of lash extensions, especially if you rub them into the lash line. Although Melting Butter is gentle, just like micellar water, it is attracted to oils and may slightly affect the adhesives of your lash extensions.
We will recommend using it at your own comfort level, to avoid heavy makeup near your lash extensions and not to rub the balm vigorously into them.
